font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p><ol style=\"font-size: 19.8px;\"><li>Quantity and goods complaints (i.e. complaints in which the Customer reports inconsistencies of the contents of the shipment in relation to the order placed in relation to the quantity or type of goods) are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the delivery.<\/li><li>Complaints are generally dealt with within 14 days of receipt.
