Scientists from Finland have studied how much carbon dioxide on average 1 tree absorbs per year – as much as 6-7 kg! Some sources report as much as 30-40 kg. A lot depends on the environment, species and age of the tree 🧐
But in order for a tree to reach “adulthood” and absorb as much CO2 as possible – first it must be a small sapling….
That’s why this spring we want to invite you to plant together! 🌱
