Conditions for accepting complaints at FCA:
- Quantity and goods complaints (i.e. complaints in which the Customer reports inconsistencies of the contents of the shipment in relation to the order placed in relation to the quantity or type of goods) are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the delivery.
- Complaints are generally dealt with within 14 days of receipt. The only exceptions are the complaints in which there is a need to carry out an on-site inspection or return the goods in order to conduct the relevant tests (the time of processing such complaints may be extended).
- In the case of an unjustified complaint about goods submitted by the Buyer, who is an entrepreneur, he shall be charged with costs of handling the complaint incurred by the Seller.
A natural person who enters into an agreement directly related to their business activity shall not be deemed an entrepreneur if it follows from the content of that agreement that it is not of a professional nature for that person, in particular resulting from the subject of their business activity made available on the basis of the provisions of the Central Registration and Information on Business.
